Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy
Policy No.: HR-CP-004 · Version 3.0 · Effective Date: February 1, 2026
1. Introduction
At Multivista, we have believed since our inception that a business run to generate profits is also part of a larger society that deserves to be nurtured and supported. That care begins with our own employees and their families, widens to the partners and vendors we work with, and extends to the cities, regions and communities we are part of, a system of Tri-Circle accountability through which we measure our impact on the inclusive and equitable growth of the marginalized sections of society.
Our commitments to Corporate Social Responsibility include, but are not limited to, the promotion of education and healthcare, the betterment of society through respect for universal human rights and the environment, support for the livelihood of under-privileged communities, infrastructure development, and the development of human capital through skills development and vocational training. We recognize women empowerment as a vital aspect of our focus. Our employees are encouraged to volunteer their time and skills and to enjoy giving back to the communities of which they are an integral part.
